Led by one of the venue’s onsite wellness experts, the sessions are designed to gently warm the body and focus the mind ahead of a full day’s meeting. Encourage employees to practice mindful listening during meetings by being fully present for whoever is speaking. Mindful Meetings brings a 20-minute stretch and movement energiser into the meeting room, which delegates can enjoy from the comfort of their seats. Each month, the Annual Renew helps you to capture moments and reflect. Each week, Mindful Meetings help you to carve reflective time to build your Annual Renew stronger and improve yourself week-on-week. This template includes video lessons to help you grasp it.
